Real Estate Manager Opportunity

MCS Group is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Belfast. As a leading Global Law Firm, we are looking for a professional with a strong background in real estate legal services to provide strategic leadership and manage all aspects of real estate legal service delivery across the UK & EMEA.

The Role:

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality legal services, overseeing project management, supervision, quality control, pricing, and billing processes.
  • Manage and supervise teams of Senior Solicitors, Solicitors, Trainees, and Legal Analysts on real estate transactions.
  • Take on your own caseload, efficiently handling real estate matters while ensuring quality control across the team's work.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide guidance on complex issues, escalating matters to Senior Managers or Heads of Real Estate when needed.
  • Implement new legal technology tools within the team to enhance service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor team members, ensuring their professional development and progression.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes, enhancing efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in real estate, with significant experience in asset management, real estate investment, and development transactions.
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising teams within a real estate practice.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex transactions.
  • Experience with mid-to-high-value real estate sales, purchases, and investments, ideally unsupervised.
