Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the commercial department in achieving business objectives by managing enquiries, coordinating with customer services for flight operations, and developing new business opportunities.
- Develop knowledge and skills to become an effective charter sales executive through training and on-the-job experience.
- Negotiate with clients to procure the best value for the company and airline partners.
- Provide timely offers with detailed and accurate information to clients.
- Follow up regularly and work towards booking confirmation.
- Ensure all contracts, insurance, and regulatory matters are accurate and legally compliant.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers on contract-related issues.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets.
- Engage in proactive networking to build relationships with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Vocational experience within the aviation industry with an aircraft operator or handler is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of the aviation market, including aircraft types, is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to manage relationships with demanding customers from different cultures in a discreet and professional manner.
- Capability to deal with difficult clients calmly and effectively.
