Job Title: Junior Residential Conveyancer Location: Stockport Salary: £24,000-30,000 Hours: 9-5 Monday - Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and precise Residential Conveyancer to join our valued client in the legal sector. As a Junior Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for receiving instructions from clients, providing advice, and working with various parties daily. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving instructions from clients and providing advice on property conveyancing matters.
  • Conducting research to identify legal owners and checking for structural issues with properties.
  • Preparing official documents, such as contracts, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Reviewing contracts on behalf of clients and identifying potential issues.
  • Collaborating with estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage companies to facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payments and contracts.
  • Protecting clients' interests by taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering.

Requirements:

  • Substantial prior experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and case management software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various parties.
