**About Us**

Mulier Coffee is a dynamic and innovative coffee roaster based in Croydon, with over ten years of experience in perfecting the art of coffee-making.

We're on the lookout for a highly motivated Sales Development Associate to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential customers, building strong relationships, and showcasing our exceptional products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
  • Outbound Communication: Make high-volume outbound phone calls and send targeted emails to potential customers daily.
  • Lead Generation: Qualify leads and set appointments.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and keep the sales pipeline active.
  • CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, customer service, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
  • Comfortable with making cold calls and handling rejection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
