We are seeking a skilled Asset Integrity Manager to join our team at Risktec Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of engineering assets throughout their lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, with a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing Written Schemes of Examination (WSE) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This will involve identifying plant preparation requirements from the WSE and coordinating with third-party NDT providers for extensive requirements or specialist techniques. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to undertake NDT ultrasonic thickness checks, magnetic particle & dye penetrant flaw detection, and prepare clear written reports supported by photographs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing WSE to meet regulatory requirements
  • Identifying plant preparation requirements from WSE
  • Coordinating with third-party NDT providers
  • Undertaking NDT ultrasonic thickness checks and flaw detection
  • Preparing clear written reports supported by photographs

Requirements:

  • HNC/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Incorporated Engineer status (desirable)
  • Experience in mechanical engineering and inspection practices

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
