We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our Investment Services team in Epsom. As a key member of the sales support team, you will play a vital role in promoting our department as a premier provider of quality financial solutions.

**The Role**

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our sales team, including managing client reviews, preparing spreadsheets and reports, drafting letters and reports, sourcing new business illustrations, processing new business applications, maintaining client databases, and assisting with ongoing research into suitable investment funds.

You will also be expected to complete administration efficiently to meet record-keeping and file quality standards, upholding our firm's high client care standards and ensuring compliance with FSA rules.

**Key Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of CF level 1 and 2 years experience of dealing directly with clients in the Financial Services sector. You must have a full understanding of the different types of investment, life assurance, and pension contracts available, as well as mortgages.

Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a structured and planned manner, especially when under pressure to meet deadlines.
