NatWest is seeking a skilled Senior Customer Service & Operations Anti-Money Laundering Analyst to join our specialist AML team.

Job Summary:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in AML processes and procedures to contribute to delivering the most successful outcomes for the business and our customers.

You will be working closely with a supportive and collaborative team, helping to investigate queries, support business processes and procedures, and understanding the needs of our customers and the business.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to accurately investigate customer queries, raise issues with relevant parties, and escalate where necessary.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring that processing is performed accurately and within agreed turn-around times.
  • In addition, you will participate in initiatives aimed at improving our customer service, processes, and procedures.

As a senior analyst, you will have a proven track record of working with AML processes and procedures, as well as an awareness of up-to-date trends, policies, and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating customer queries and raising issues with relevant parties.
  • Ensuring accurate processing and meeting agreed turn-around times.
  • Participating in initiatives to improve customer service, processes, and procedures.
  • Reviewing processing errors and customer complaints to identify trends and training needs.

We are looking for an individual who possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and spoken communication skills.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry, is required. In addition, knowledge of our products, processes, and banking systems is essential.

The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
