Job Description:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is a leading company in the medical sector, with a strong reputation for excellence and employee care. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Full Training Electrical Engineer. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition into the medical industry, working on cutting-edge equipment and gaining expert-level knowledge.

The successful candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, relevant qualifications, and a driving license. They will be based in the field, covering a local area including Oxford, Swindon, Luton, and Reading. The role includes optional unlimited 1.5x overtime, providing opportunities for increased earnings.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as a van, fuel card, expense card, and door-to-door service. Our company prioritizes staff progression, offering a clear path to senior roles or off-tool positions.

Responsibilities:
* Full technical training via external courses and in-house experts
* Working on top-of-the-range specialist medical equipment on the electrical side
* Participating in a 1 in 6 call-out rota

Requirements:
* Electrical background and relevant qualifications
* Valid driving license
