About the Job

This role is a great opportunity for a qualified physiotherapist to work as a functional assessor in a hybrid position. The job involves assessing individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life, drawing on clinical expertise and producing concise reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP). The salary range for this position is £37,500 - £43,000, with a possible bonus of up to 10%. In addition, employees receive 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, with options to buy additional days or sell back.

The ideal candidate will be committed to working at least three days per week for the part-time role and have IT skills, experience using a range of software, and membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). The company values continuous professional development and provides opportunities for growth and training. This includes four days of dedicated CPD per year, 1:1 clinical coaching, and access to a comprehensive training program. Employees also benefit from full IT equipment provided for remote working and up to 6% employer matched pension contribution.
