Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Visiting Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes, providing companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assist with personal care, including washing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- Manage medication and other daily tasks
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals
- Accompany clients on shopping trips and appointments
- A driving license and access to your own car
- Caring, empathetic, and compassionate nature
- Dedication, commitment, and reliability
- Good written and spoken communication skills, including fluency in English
- Early pay option
- 45p mileage allowance
- £13 - £15.10 per hour salary
- New starter bonus up to £600*
- Monthly mobile phone allowance
- Refer-a-friend scheme of £350
- Enhanced bank holiday pay rates up to double time
- Pension scheme and 28 days' holiday pay pro-rata
- Free uniform and equipment
