Job Title: Digital Channel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Channel Manager to join our team. As a Digital Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing client YouTube channels, developing and delivering digital strategies, coordinating projects, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital strategies for client YouTube channels
  • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively with the team
  • Responsible for everything that happens on the YouTube channel, from content schedules to claims
  • Identify opportunities to grow digital channels, specifically YouTube, but learnings on other channels are also valuable
  • Report back to the client and the wider team on channel performance
  • Work with the team to identify channel trends and communicate insights to the client
  • Follow competitor behavior and general YouTube trends
  • Strong written skills, with the ability to craft creative and persuasive content
  • A passion for media and entertainment brands
  • An understanding and interest in new social media tools and trends
  • Excellent time management
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience working in digital, including experience of YouTube channel management
  • Fluent in YouTube analytics
  • Experience using other supporting tools such as VidIQ or Tubular Labs
  • Passionate about great content, advertising, and brands and publishers
