About Serve Talent's Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead Specialist to join our team at Serve Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the quality assurance team in logging and reporting nonconformities and customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Analyze data on product and supplier errors to inform process improvements.
  • Develop and implement quality audit plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve quality objectives.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pharmaceutical fields. Experience with standard measuring equipment and engineering drawings is essential.

Benefits: Serve Talent offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Schedule: This full-time role requires attendance from Monday to Friday.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum.
