Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Quality Engineer to join our process improvement team. As a Lead Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. This includes gathering and analyzing data on product and supplier errors, conducting internal quality audits, and updating procedures and documents. You will also support continuous improvement projects and provide quality guidance to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with standard measuring equipment
- Knowledge of quality management systems (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
