Civil Litigation Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our client's thriving practice in Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will handle a complex and busy caseload of civil litigation matters on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful individual will be responsible for:
  • Handling Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Assisting with Contentious Probate cases
  • Resolving Contractual Disputes between businesses
  • Providing expertise in Employment Law and Employment Tribunal proceedings
  • Creating Settlement Agreements
  • Managing Civil Litigation cases
  • Dealing with Commercial Disputes between Businesses and Boundary Disputes


The successful candidate should have over five years' experience in litigation matters, excellent client care skills, strong technical ability, good IT skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team and use their own initiative effectively.
