Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of civil litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate, contractual disputes, employment law, and commercial disputes between businesses and individuals. They will also be expected to assist others within the litigation department, develop business relationships, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least five years' experience in litigation matters, excellent technical ability, and good IT skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team and use initiative when necessary.

Benefits
