Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at MSW Engineering Recruitment. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify and address maintenance needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
