Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at MSW Engineering Recruitment. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities by performing proactive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including motors, generators, and control systems.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot electrical system issues, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with a strong background in electrical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, generators, and control systems. Proficient in diagnostic techniques and tools, including multimeters and oscilloscopes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
