Operations Director

As an Operations Director, you will lead a team using a coaching model to promote independence and quality care.
You will work closely with the people we support and their families to ensure effective communication and high-quality support.
Your responsibilities will include managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance, as well as driving improvement and quality assurance across services.
About You:We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate skills in coaching, team development, and person-centered support.
Confidence in managing budgets, compliance, and operations is essential.
A commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement in service delivery is also required.
In addition, we require 3-5 years of experience in social care, with strong knowledge of autism and introductory understanding of Studio III's Low Arousal Approach.
An SVQ Level 4 in Health/Social Care or equivalent, with management experience, is also necessary.
