Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects and tasks
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

A busy director and manager is looking for enthusiastic, eager to work and learn person to take on the role of a personal assistant.

Multi-disciplinary role as assitant to Director of a budy company with multiple developments.

We are looking for an assistant who is interested in a challanging and very active role within a family ran business.

Ideally, you will be confident communicator, with strong concentration and attention to detail, great organisational and administrative skills. You will enjoy working closely with the Director but can also work as part of the team where and when required.

We are looking for active, independant thinker and a brilliant task handler with Full driving licence and own vehicle.

Key activities will include:

- Follow and complete daily tasks given by the Director
- Support daily operations of the organisation
- Managing Calendars, Agenda preparation and communicating it with the Director
- Organising general administrative duties
- Assisting with suppliers and lorkload
- Assiting with invoice queries and tasks
- Collating and managing the ingest of projects (new and existing) - including materials and data flow
- Attendance at meetings, internal and external
- Note taking, reminder sets
- General office duties

Key skills and experience:

- Full clean driving licence
- Valid documents and ability to reside
- Excellent communication skills
- Being flexible team player
- Equally happy working close with the Director or independantly takling tasts
- Attendtion and concentration
- Good command on English language
- Sound organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Ability to manage and complete a number of tasks in parallel and on timely manner

Desirable but not essential:

- Previous exerience in similar role

Job types:
Both Part-time and Full time position, preferably full time
