About the Role:

  • Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts to ensure financial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Tender and Bid Management: Lead the preparation, submission, and management of tenders and bids to develop strategies for success.
  • Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts to secure favourable terms, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
  • Supplier and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients to negotiate optimal terms and ensure service quality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical estimator/commercial management roles within the electrical, construction, or maintenance sectors.
  • Proficient in negotiating and managing commercial contracts, with a strong understanding of contract law.
  • Excellent financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Average Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
