**Job Opportunity: Team Leader**
**Location:** Harlow
We are recruiting a Team Leader for a center specializing in independent parenting assessments, supporting families to thrive. This reputable center provides 12-week residential assessments, overseen by qualified social workers and dedicated family support staff.
As Team Leader, you will manage and support a team to deliver outstanding, person-centered care and guidance, ensuring family wellbeing and safety.
- Lead team shifts, oversee family activities, and provide wellbeing support.
- Ensure family assessments and documentation (placement plans, reports, chronologies) are accurately maintained.
- Liaise with social workers, attend meetings, and supervise night staff.
- Conduct medication audits, health & safety checks, and incident reporting.
- Partake in on-call rota and maintain OFSTED notifications as required.
The ideal candidate will be resilient, motivated, and adaptable with strong communication skills, demonstrated experience in family support, social care, or similar fields, able to work independently and as part of a team, possess strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, be IT literate, and have a full UK driving license and business insurance for your vehicle.
The salary for this position is estimated at £13,000 - £15,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of £12.50 - £14.00.
**Requirements:
- 1 year of Team Leader work experience.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care qualification.
- DBS certification preferred.
