Role Summary:


We are looking for a proficient Insurance Sales Specialist / Claims Management Consultant / Insurance Product Strategist to serve as a product expert.

In this position, you will work closely with the Product Manager to effectively design and launch insurance offerings.

Key Duties:

  • Formulate and execute product strategies
  • Oversee product features from inception to launch
  • Gather customer requirements on-site
  • Ensure the profitability and success of products
  • Assist Business Development and Service Delivery teams
  • Convert business strategies into product initiatives
  • Successfully plan and introduce products
  • Provide market insights to stakeholders and marketing teams
  • Manage current products and respond to feedback and issues

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in insurance sales or consulting
  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales and customer service
  • Expertise in policy administration, underwriting, or claims processing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance sector
  • Insurance certifications such as Cert CII (preferred)
