Position Summary:


We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Specialist / Claims Management Consultant / Insurance Product Strategist to take on a pivotal role as a product expert.

In this position, you will work closely with the Product Manager to effectively design and implement insurance offerings.

Key Duties:

  • Formulate and execute product strategies
  • Oversee product features from inception to launch
  • Gather customer requirements on-site
  • Ensure the financial success and viability of products
  • Assist Business Development and Service Delivery teams
  • Convert business objectives into product strategies
  • Successfully plan and introduce new products
  • Provide market intelligence to stakeholders and marketing teams
  • Manage current products and respond to feedback and challenges

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in insurance sales or advisory roles
  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales and customer support
  • Expertise in policy administration, underwriting, or claims processing
  • Strong understanding of the insurance landscape
  • Relevant insurance certifications such as Cert CII (preferred)
