Senior Clinical Lead for Looked After Children

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Clinical Lead for Looked After Children. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the development, provision, and evaluation of psychological services for looked after children and their networks.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team
- Develop and implement evidence-based psychological services for looked after children
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve effective service provision
- Consult with the network surrounding looked after children and other practitioners within the service
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to the wider team

Requirements- Qualified Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist/Clinical/Counselling Psychologist
- Significant experience working in LAC and CAMHS
- Previous experience of being in a senior/lead position
- Supervisory experience
