Senior Clinical Lead for Looked After Children

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Clinical Lead for Looked After Children. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the development, provision, and evaluation of psychological services for children and young people in care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services are delivered.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve effective service provision, meeting Trust and Service objectives, national guidelines, and user needs.
- Consult with the network surrounding looked after children in Solihull and provide direct/indirect clinical work where appropriate.
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to other practitioners within the team.

Requirements- Qualified Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist/Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
- Significant experience working in LAC and CAMHS.
- Previous experience in a senior/lead position, with supervisory experience desirable.
