Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a NHS Partnership Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing referrals from Optometrists, GP's and Hospitals into our services within the Nottingham area.
Key Responsibilities- Referral Development: Responsible for the development and growth of referrals from Optometrists, GP's and Hospitals into ACES services within the Nottingham area.
- Market Analysis: Analyse the territory and identify market share potential.
- Relationship Management: Manage account relationships, becoming the first point of contact for existing and prospective referrers, to ensure excellent service and maximum retention.
- Referral Data Analysis: Continually analyse referral data to identify services that may require additional support with engagement and marketing plan delivery.
- Event Coordination: Promote and assist in the co-ordination of dedicated events to support the engagement of stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the ACES clinic manager and team as well as the other NHS Partnership Executives/Managers in other territories.
- Reporting and Data Management: Populating and reporting daily on Salesforce system to broaden our understanding of the territory.
- Field Sales Experience: Essential experience of working within a multi-site clinical environment and knowledge of NHS policy landscape would be advantageous.
- Account Management: Previous experience of working in an optical or an ophthalmic environment is essential.
- Business Development: Experience in developing new business and effective diary management to maximise time efficiently.
- CRM Software: Knowledge of CRM software and ability to route plan and cover territory comprehensively.
- Driving License: Must have a driving license (age 25 or over for insurance).
