Deputy General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a confident and capable leader to join our team as a Deputy General Manager at The Windmill Inn in Portishead. About the Role:

As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating our team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including inventory management and staff scheduling
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with our General Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry
