About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Public Health Engineer to join our team as a Design and Delivery Expert. As a key member of our engineering consultancy, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable engineering design solutions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Delivery: Design Public Health Services across every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial brief to design, commissioning, and final sign-off.
  2. Project Management: Manage Public Health Engineering aspects of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate Public Health solutions into overall building designs, promoting a cohesive and effective approach.
  4. Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve design and delivery processes.
  6. Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  7. Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Engineers and Technicians, promoting professional growth and development.
  8. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, holding regular meetings to inform and advise them.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in public health engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
  2. Professional Status: Professional chartered status or working towards.
  3. Experience: Extensive experience in Public Health Engineering design.
  4. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
  5. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, drainage design, and water conservation practices.
