Debriefing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Debriefing Specialist to join our team at Bestfood Logistics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services, including debriefing drivers, managing delivery paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.

This is a critical role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Debrief drivers upon their return to the depot, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and accurate.
• Manage delivery paperwork, including ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activity, including driver debriefs and delivery paperwork.
• Liaise with transport and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Provide support to drivers as needed, including addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of transportation policies and procedures.
