Swim Instructor Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver swimming lessons for customers of all ages and abilities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for customers
- Monitor and evaluate customer progress and provide feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of swimming programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification in swimming coaching
- Experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
