Swim Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver swimming lessons for individuals and groups
  • Assess and develop swimming skills in customers of all ages and abilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching programs and achieve targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote memberships
Requirements:
  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business
