About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our 5-Star hotel kitchen, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented brigade and contribute to the success of our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Chefs in the delivery of our menu, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain the highest levels of health and safety, ensuring the kitchen is compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Train and motivate junior chefs, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
  • Manage the control and replenishment of consumable stock, ensuring all orders are received and distributed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, storerooms, and other associated areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train junior chefs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness principles.
