Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Kew Gardens Victoria Gate. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our customers, while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve all beverages to the Company of Cooks standard, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Prepare service counters as required for service, ensuring the availability of product during all service periods.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
