Job Title: Support Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Linwood, Renfrewshire. As a Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities in a residential setting
  • Assist with daily tasks such as managing finances, prompting, and administering medication
  • Encourage individuals to participate in activities such as art and music classes
  • Support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and goals
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a high-quality service

Requirements:

  • No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
  • IT skills are required for all our vacancies
  • Able to work flexible hours, including sleepovers and shifts
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
