About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and talkative Support Practitioner to join our Liberton service and support a young man to engage with his community.

As a Support Practitioner, you will assist individuals to maintain their wellbeing by promoting their personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals.

You will also help people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks, such as general housework, laundry, and cooking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities.
  • Providing personal care and promoting wellbeing.
  • Helping people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks.
