- Developing and maintaining relationships with vulnerable women and their families to provide emotional support and guidance.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies for improving outcomes.

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Registration as a midwife with the NMC.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in midwifery, preferably in a safeguarding role.

- Knowledge of safeguarding issues in maternity and children's settings, including domestic abuse, substance misuse, and mental health.
