**Key Responsibilities:**

**Person Specification Requirements:**

  • Higher-level qualification (Level 3 or above) in a relevant discipline, such as construction, engineering, or a related field.
  • Assessor qualification (TAQA/A1 or equivalent) or commitment to work towards.
  • Verifier Award (or commitment to work towards).
  • Experience in multi-skills, including carpentry and joinery.
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or commitment to work towards.
  • Proven experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of industry practices and standards.
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles, with the ability to promote a culture of inclusivity in the learning environment.
  • Up-to-date occupational experience in the construction industry.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
