Mathematics Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mathematics Lecturer to join our team at Cheshire College - South & West. As a Mathematics Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Mathematics, developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach Mathematics to students at various levels, including resit GSCE Maths courses.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve student outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes.
- Participate in staff development and training to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- PGCE or commitment to work towards.
- Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Mathematics or Education.
- Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the learning environment.
- Up-to-date occupational experience in Mathematics education.
- Enhanced DBS check.
