CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist clinical assessments and treatment plans for children and young people with mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment.
- Included on the GMC Specialist Register OR within six months.
- Approved clinician status OR able to achieve within 3 months of appointment.
- Approved under S12 OR able to achieve within 3 months of appointment.
- Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research or management.
- MRCPsych.
- Wide range of specialist and sub-specialist experience relevant to post within NHS or comparable service.
