About the Job:

Rain AI is seeking a highly skilled ML Research Engineer to join our team in developing a software framework for Equilibrium Propagation (EP) in PyTorch. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project that has the potential to significantly impact the field of AI.

Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000 per year.

Key Duties:

The ML Research Engineer will be responsible for developing a software framework for EP simulations in PyTorch. This will involve designing and implementing a scalable framework that can be used to train large neural networks using EP.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a software framework for EP in PyTorch
  • Collaborating with researchers to develop new EP algorithms and techniques
  • Optimizing the framework for performance and efficiency
  • Conducting research on the applications of EP in real-world scenarios
  • Integrating EP with other machine learning frameworks and tools

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
