We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Derby. As part of our Contingent Workforce Solution, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert resources for their projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for method development and validation activities within the facility. Key tasks include:

  • Developing and implementing effective manufacturing methods to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with Operations teams to ensure production support and alignment with business commitments
  • Working with Process Engineers to resolve part-specific issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Materials Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient IT skills, including Minitab, Microsoft Office and Project
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to deliver results in a high-volume production environment
  • Practical experience in Manufacturing Engineering, including delivery of improvement projects
  • Knowledge of directionally solidified and single crystal casting is an advantage
