Salary and Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily care and supervision of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
  • Participate in therapeutic activities and interventions, supporting residents' emotional and psychological needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals or groups, preferably in a childcare or youth work setting.
