About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at the South East Rivers Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving performance and shaping a positive safety culture across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and improvement of H&S policies and practice, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide support and expertise to colleagues, identifying gaps in our current systems and designing solutions to overcome them.
  • Carry out H&S inspections and audits, investigating accidents and ensuring risk assessments are completed.
