Job Opportunity: Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our safety, health, environment, quality, and training initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with internal, shareholder, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of our SHE policy and standards, including preparing for and leading the TAR SHE Management process.
  • Act as the expert for Q&E management systems, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance.
  • Develop and implement a training and development plan across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Occupational SHE professional with significant operational experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
  • Understanding of process and shift operations.
  • Able to develop and deliver a learning and development strategy in an operational context.
  • Skilled in a range of management styles with an emphasis on coaching.
