Our Team

We are a dynamic and customer-focused team, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our customers. As a retail colleague, you will play a pivotal role in making sure that our shops offer a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Sales Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer bets and ensuring they enjoy our products and services responsibly
  • Helping with customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining shop standards and ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers
  • Deputising for the Shop Manager after a period of training
  • Ensuring that all customers are betting within their means and following our 'Think 21' policy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • 18 or over
  • A great communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Willng to learn and develop your skills through our structured training programme
