We are seeking an experienced SEN Learning Assistant to join our team in Newham schools.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans, providing specialist support to students with additional needs.

A Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University, good grades at A-Level and GCSEs, and previous SEN child-centred experience is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing specialist support to students with academic and personal development
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Supporting students with emotional and behavioural difficulties

Our partner schools offer inclusive environments and a commitment to supporting students with additional needs.

Salary estimate: £32,000 - £45,000 per annum.
