Empowering Learning is a dedicated provider of educational services, committed to empowering students with special educational needs (SEN). We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary Mainstream School in Brixton.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of pupils with complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, and deaf children. You will work closely with teachers to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, encouraging positive behaviour and promoting independence in students.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting pupils with varying SEND needs and possess excellent communication skills. A genuine passion for working with students with SEN is essential, as is the ability to adapt to the needs of individual pupils.

We offer competitive rates of pay, ranging from £87 to £100 per day, depending on experience. In addition to a fast clearance process, we provide access to additional training and workshops, including Exploring SEND, Team Teach, and Cover Supervision Training.
