Job Title: Senior Business Implementation Manager VP Financial Crime

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Business Implementation Manager VP Financial Crime. As a key member of our Financial Crime Execution team, you will play a critical role in delivering relevant change relating to financial crime and KYC across our estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end process improvements with demonstrable cost/benefit analysis
  • Implement and execute redesigned/engineered processes to BAU and follow through into post-implementation measure of success and benefits tracking and reporting
  • Provide line management support for members of the Business Implementation team, helping them to build their knowledge and confidence to manage implementation projects and setting and monitoring developmental goals to further their careers
Requirements:
  • Strong business analysis skills, able to quickly break down complex problems and produce inventive solutions
  • Good understanding of project management lifecycle, with experience in managing a project end-to-end advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to produce MI and/or use MI applications such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong and proven ability to flex their style to meet the needs/expectations of very different range of stakeholders/cultures within the organisation
  • Very high level of communication skills, including interactive listening, to negotiate internally or externally with others often at a senior level
  • Ability to operate, communicate, challenge and influence from peer up to senior leadership level (MD and above) via strong presentation and communication skills
