About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor in our Pavers Poole store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide advice on shoe care and accessories to customers.
  • Meet daily KPIs and contribute to the success of the store.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a friendly and engaging store environment.
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.70 (21+), £9.60 (18-20), and £7.85 (16-17).

Requirements
