At Leonardo, a global leader in Aerospace, Defence and Security, we are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our UK SQA team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and supply chain management, with experience of working within a project team environment. A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality or manufacturing is required, along with at least 3 years' experience of quality auditing, including within the supply chain environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, contributing to the improvement of our external supply chain and driving continuous learning through training and mentoring. You will be part of a dynamic team, supporting the implementation of the supplier surveillance plan and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and implement IPT improvement opportunities within the external supply chain.
  • To ensure supply chain risks and opportunities are identified, mitigated and exploited as required.
  • To implement supplier failure review boards to drive IPT improvement opportunities.
  • To support the implementation of the supplier surveillance plan to maintain a strategic and proactive approach to supply chain management.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
